Shopping and Cultural Activities

The spring is a fine time to enjoy Kingfield’s art galleries and cultural activities. The Reinholt Gallery and Art Center is across the road from the Herbert. The Fine Art and Furniture Gallery exhibits the work of Ian and Saskia Reinholt and rotates the work of twenty regional artists. The work includes fine furniture, stained glass, fine oils, watercolors, hand painted silk scarves, original silk screen designs, jewelry, and sculpture. The Stadler Gallery for Contemporary Art is a gallery where visitors can see works displayed by local and regional artists. The exhibits at the Stanley Museum cover all facets of Stanley family history and memorabilia including airbrush painting and photography, violins and examples of Stanley steam cars from 1905, 1910, and 1916.
